By using this website, you accept the Terms of Use in this Visitor Agreement. This is a legally binding agreement between you and MyNextMotor; be sure to read it carefully.
By using this site, and working with MyNextMotor.net (MNM) and its affiliates, you agree to the following:
To Hold Harmless MyNextMotor.net and its affiliates. MyNextMotor reserves the right to amend, attach, or change the content of our site at any time. We provide listings of vehicles that we do not own, providing us with the savings of low-overhead, this being said we cannot guarantee nor intend to imply that we guarantee any vehicles sold through MNM. Some vehicles are still under factory warranty, and any warranty work or information should be dealt with through that vehicles warranty department. Mechanical Inspections are available on most vehicles, and are highly recommended. These mechanical inspections are available for $150, and provide a 14 day major mechanical malfunction guarantee (single instances of malfunction repair costing in excess of $500 per occurrence), and must be pre-arranged before bidding. The mechanical inspection is provided by a licensed ASE mechanic at the auction facility. All arbitration is done through the auction and is final and binding. Discount mechanical and parts location is available in most cases, at your expense, we can extend our wholesale discount to assist should you need repairs. When consigning a vehicle I understand that all precautions possible to ensure the security and safety of that vehicle will be taken, such as the fact that when consigned it is under 24 hour security in a locked lot. However I do understand that I should keep my insurance active until notified that the vehicle has been sold, and hold harmless MNM and its affiliates for any unfortunate event that may arise from the selling of this vehicle. I further understand that when I authorize a bid on my behalf for a certain vehicle that I am committing to purchasing said vehicle and all inspection , questions I may have, and verification of options, mileage, and vehicle history research should be done prior to committing to a bid. When I commit to a bid, I must submit a deposit between $500-$2000, depending on price of the vehicle as an earnest money down, which will be credited towards the purchase of the vehicle. If the bid is not won, the deposit will be refunded, or held onto for a future bid, at the customers choosing. Should a vehicle be purchased on my behalf, and for some reason I decline, or am unable to pay to the vehicle, I understand that my deposit will be forfeited and assume all risk and liability for any expenses MNM and its affiliates may incur, financially or otherwise, from any legal action resulting from any of the above.

mirror or frame any web site or page within the MyNextMotor.net, or information we send you.

transfer or sell any information, functionality or products or services offered by MyNextMotor.net or the information that we send you.
without the prior written approval of MyNextMotor.net.
MyNextMotor.net may terminate your right to access and use our services at any time, we also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
